I stand behind my work and pride myself in what I produce. I quality check all items but if you are not 100% satisfied with an item please get in touch so that I can work with you on resolving any issues.
I am happy to accept returns or do exchanges on any item that is still in an unused and new condition. Please advise me of any returns/exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your item.
I make limited numbers of an item so an exchange for an item in the same fabric may not always be possible.
Cost of returning an item to me is not covered by Lil'es.
